Integration is usually the roadblock where every promising business transformation initiative stumbles sooner or later, usually leading to higher complexity and effort and lower quality, agility and reliability. In my view, this is often due to the fact integration is misunderstood as a “bottom-up” technology topic, rather than as one of the key pillars of business transformation.

At SAP, we have business processes in our DNA, and therefore we have an end-to-end integration strategy that covers and links both process integration and data integration, with the objective to support our customers implement effective business process improvement.
