This article gives you an overview of the steps to set up your SAP Subscription Billing in SAP Business Technology Platform environment (BTP) with SAP CPQ and enable access to the application and APIs.
Once you’ve received a “welcome” email from SAP with your global account and initial user, you need to complete the following setup activities on SAP BTP. The SAP BTP Configuration Guide leads you through this process with screenshots. |
Go to your SAP BTP – Global Account and Search for Subscription Billing and Enable
Go to Instances and Subscriptions – Click on SAP Subscription Billing
Go to Roles tab and add below roles to Subscription Billing
Click on Application for Login which will redirect to Subscription Billing Portal
Admin User should be able to see Subscription Billing Home Page after successful sign in.
Go to Business Configuration and Select Integration Settings to enable SAP Event Mesh
Admin user completes all the change, and comes out of the Subscription Billing.
Lets Setup now in SAP CPQ
Go to Providers –> Select SAP and Subscription Billing
Go to SAP Subscription Billing Settings and update the credentials and url
