Hello there SAP Community avid readers 

Today we will cover in a SAP Blog a situation that I came across with one of our customers, leading me to the creation of this KBA here.

Let us suppose that you are creating a Product List and you are trying to find a product in this pop-up menu:

You might be wondering “But I maintained this already in the Product Administration!” And indeed you are correct. HOWEVER, you might be using Sales Organization information on this product that is not yet ready for use in the system.

See the image above? We only have one line here and its status is “In Preparation”. This means that this product is currently not usable and therefore excluded from the value help in any product lists you are working on.

How can you solve this? It is simple!

Just select the line and click in the cogwheel icon, selecting “Activate”. Of course you can, alternatively, just delete this line using the trash bin icon.
