Prerequisites:
- SAP Cloud for Customer
- Magentrix
Step 1:Get the integrated Magentrix tenant
Step 2: We are able to look for relevant KB articles. If we cannot find, we may create a ticket.
Step 3: When you click “submit,” a page containing the ticket’s details opens.
Step 4 :We can see the ticket had replicated to C4C
