When we are doing employee replication from SF EC to SAP HCM using Core hybrid replication, in case of new hires IT 0002 created by default from hire date. It caused an issue Payroll calculation. for overcoming the issue find below the solution approach.

In SAP Standard Core hybrid new hire replication, IT 0002 first record will be created as start date from hire date but Payroll team expectation to create IT 0002 from birthdate.

Find below the approach to create IT 0002 First record from birth date.

We need to implement below BADI ECPAO_IN_EXT_PROCESS_INFOTYPE.

In this way we can create IT 0002 first record from birthdate during core hybrid replication. So, it solved payroll issue.
