If you’ve had a chance to attend an SAP Community Call recently, you may have noticed our new format on YouTube. Starting January 2022, all community calls have shifted from a recorded Zoom call-only format to YouTube Live Video sessions. The new process is faster and easier for our members, whether you watch live or catch the replay later.
Subscribe on YouTube to see what’s coming up
As all SAP Community Calls will be listed in our SAP Community YouTube channel, I highly recommend to first subscribe to the channel. If you haven’t already, click the red “subscribe” button on the top right to follow SAP Community on YouTube.
No need to register, just set a reminder in YouTube
New is that we no longer ask attendees to fill out a registration form. Instead, you can set reminders in YouTube to view any SAP Community Call. Look for the alarm icon in the session link you want to attend.
How to attend the call
It’s easy – simply go to our SAP Community YouTube channel and join the live stream! (see screenshots above)
Does the new format support live Q&A?
Yes. When you attend an SAP Community Call live, you may submit questions in the Live Call chat on YouTube (log in required). The SAP Community moderator will screen the questions in real time and read them aloud to the speaker.
Catch the replay
If you missed the livestream, or want to refer back to some details, SAP Community Call replays will be available immediately after the live presentation. Just go to SAP Community on YouTube and scroll down to the SAP Community Calls.
So far, the feedback we have received on the new format has been great. We hope this streamlined process works for all of you. If you have questions, feel free to add a comment to this post. For questions please ask them here.
And of course we are looking forward to seeing your thumbs up in YouTube 😊
