We’ve already provided lots of apps in SAP Business Network Global Track and Trace, in this blog, I will provide some brief introduction of the frequently used apps. Besides, will provide the user manual and its FAQs for your reference.
Brief introduction of the frequently used apps

| Check Processes and Events | to display, dynamically and in a user-friendly way, a tracked process with its event data, based on a deployed GTT metadata model |
| Manage Message Logs | to view all the technical logs for all the message data, phase by phase and, if necessary, retrigger certain events or their correlations for the message |
| Manage Integration Logs | to monitor the inbound and outbound integration messages related to location replication and visibility providers that are processed by SAP Business Network for Logistics |

Introduction of each app
1.Manage Models
Manage Models(MM) app allows assigned users to manage GTT models. The tasks associated with this app include the following:
- Create models from scratch
- Update, deploy and delete models
- Export and import draft models
- Activate and deactivate deployed models
- Use template models and customize them as required
- Maintain the model data structure
- Manage applicable business rules by using the event-to-action script
- Map IDOC integration and Visibility Provider integration
- Try out the Write/Read services generated by model deployment

2.Check Processes and Events
Check Processes and Events (CPE) displays a tracked process with its event data based on a deployed GTT metadata model. The app:
- is used to display all the tracked processes that have been deployed, to test the models, and to check the data
- displays details of all its events for a selected tracked process
- displays the data for standard and user-defined fields in the model.

3.Manage Message Logs
The Manage Message Logs (MML) app allows you to view all the technical logs for all the message data, phase by phase and, if necessary, retrigger certain events or their correlations for the message. The app:
- displays a list of all the messages used to update a process or for business actual event reporting
- displays log details for each message including its process flow and payload
- displays log details for each event including its process history and payload
- displays log details for each correlation about its process history, phase by phase
- enables historical events and correlations, within a retention period, to be retriggered.

4.Manage Integration Logs
For solution owners, the Manage Integration Logs app allows you to monitor the inbound and outbound integration messages related to location replication and visibility providers that are processed by SAP Business Network for Logistics.
For data contributors, this app allows you to view all integration logs for solution owner and data contributor transactions. You can view the integration logs using this app.

5.Track Shipments
The Track Shipments (TS) app allows you to monitor the real-time execution status of LE-TRA shipments and freight documents from SAP S/4HANA and report events manually. The app:
- displays a list of all the available shipments
- monitors the milestone fulfillment status of shipments including Loading Start, Check-in, Loading End, Departure, Proof of Delivery, Arrival, etc.
- reports planned and unplanned events for the shipment
- monitors the real-time location and status of the shipments and the relevant freight units
- tracks the carbon emissions of the shipments
- supports parcel tracking and container tracking in the TM scenario
- supports navigation to the Monitor Inbound ASNs (MIA), Monitor Outbound Deliveries (MOD), Track SO Fulfillment (TSOF), Track PO Fulfillment (TPOF) apps.

6.Monitor Inbound ASNs
The Monitor Inbound ASNs (MIA) app allows you to monitor the inbound ASN/delivery fulfillment status. The app:
- displays key and user-defined information tracked for an inbound ASN/delivery process
- displays the tracking timeline to reflect the latest status of the events of an inbound ASN/delivery process
- displays the real-time transportation route in the map view of the inbound ASN/delivery.
- displays the relationships between inbound ASN/delivery and shipment. If you use SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) to manage the inbound ASN fulfillment, it displays the relationships between inbound ASN/delivery items and freight unit items.
- supports navigation to the Track Shipments (TS) app to check the shipment and freight unit details.
- supports navigation to the Track PO Fulfillment(TPOF) and Track SO Fulfillment (TSOF) apps.

7.Monitor Outbound Deliveries
The Monitor Outbound Deliveries (MOD) app allows you to monitor the fulfillment status of outbound deliveries. The app:
- displays key and user-defined information tracked for an outbound delivery process
- displays the tracking timeline to reflect the latest status of the events of an outbound delivery process
- displays the real-time transportation route of the outbound delivery in a map view
- displays the relationships between outbound delivery and shipment. If you use SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) to manage the outbound fulfillment, it displays the relationships between outbound delivery items and freight unit items.
- supports navigation to the Track Shipments (TS) app to check the shipment and freight unit details

8.Track SO Fulfillment
The Track SO Fulfillment (TSOF) app allows you to monitor the fulfillment status of sales orders from SAP S/4HANA. The app：
- displays a list of all the available sales orders
- monitors the OTIF delivery status, execution status and delay impact of sales orders
- monitors the milestone fulfillment process of sales order items
- supports navigation to the Track Shipments (TS) app to monitor the real-time execution status of the sales order’s relevant LE-TRA shipments and freight documents.
- supports navigation to the Monitor Outbound Deliveries (MOD) app to check the outbound delivery details.

9.Track PO Fulfillment
The Track PO Fulfillment (TPOF) app allows you to monitor the fulfillment status of purchase orders, including stock transport orders (a special type of purchase order for requesting material transfer between plants within a company). The app:
- displays a list of all the available purchase orders and purchase order items
- monitors the OTIF delivery status, execution status and delay status of purchase orders and purchase order items
- monitors the milestone fulfillment status of purchase order items
- supports navigation to the Monitor Outbound Deliveries (MOD) app to check the real-time location of stock transport orders
- supports navigation to the Monitor Inbound ASNs (MIA) app to check the real-time location and status of the inbound deliveries related to purchase orders.
- supports navigation to the Track Shipments (TS) app to check the shipment / freight order and freight unit details related to the purchase orders
- supports navigation to the Track SO Fulfillment (TSOF) app.
