This is a new year, and this is time to deliver some new contents for Focused Insgihts for SAP Solution Manager 7.2.
SP09 brings some new functions to the already well known dashboards suite.
New Launchpad feature for SAP Note correction.
Following the introduction in SP08 of a new process to deliverer correction note, we provide in the launch page a direct link to the System recommandation with a pre-filtered list of Note available for Focused Insights.

OCC New Renderer: Geo Map
This long waited feature, will allow to create Map based displays.
It allow to display on a worldwide map, different kpi either alone or mixed in one location.
The new function is accessible from the setup screen in the Operation Contro l Center UI.
It allows to assign the specific metric to one location (Longitude, Latitude based)
The “Search Location” allows to search over predefined country.

Usability improvements
Based on regular exchange with customers and partners, we introduce different improvement, which will increase the experience for the developers of the dashboards as well as the final users.
Navigation, in one single explorer instance, is one of it.
Additional developments:
Beside lots of improvement regarding the accessibility and the reliability, the OCC DP ITSM has been reviewed to bring more accurate data, GPDR clean-up has been improved.
