Gnash your teeth no more! You can now select any number of shop papers for the selected list of maintenance orders or maintenance notifications and print only the shop papers you want. There are no further settings required.

Up until now, you’ve only had the option to mass print shop papers for maintenance orders or for maintenance notifications, entirely based on your Customizing settings. With the new functionality in place, you can now make a single selection of the shop papers you want to print and print only those shop papers for all selected orders or notifications.

The new functionality is available with SAP Note 3126539 or with the upcoming support packages of Enhancement Package 8 for SAP ERP 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA  2020, 2021 and 2022. You can enable the new functionality either by implementing the SAP Note or by installing the corresponding support packages, and switching on the business function Enterprise Asset Management Part 18 for the classical user interface.
