SAP Announces Delivery of Egypt HCM & Payroll Localized Product

We are Delighted to announce the official launch of new localized country solution for Egypt Private Sector, which includes country  specific functionalities for SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll.

The solution target Egypt Private Sector enterprises, global customers with branches and offices in Egypt, semi government organizations and base for the government localized HCM product.

SAP Globalization Services believes that such step will support SAP MENA and Egypt team to deliver more business and support existing client base by delivering true value through our localized products.

SAP HCM localized product for Egypt is delivered as part of FP04 and FP05 packages (official GA on May and Aug 2015) as part of SAP On premise solution.

The product is available for different deployment options, available for on premise (SAP ERP / HEC), hybrid deployment and ready for cloud (i.e. The base for EC Payroll) models.

The product coverage has been extended to include many of the legally and highly required functionalities those are required to fulfill the diverse roles that a payroll system must cover in the modern workplace. The following are examples for the delivered features:

• Personnel administration information according to the Egyptian labor law
• Leave Eligibility and Set up Egypt-specific leave provisioning
• Sanctions
• Military Service
• End Of Service Calculation – Egypt

• Egypt Payroll driver (Payroll scheme)
