You may know that some S-Users have more authorisations than others. A Super Administrator is the person in your company with a S-User with the complete authorisation package, this S-User can create new S-User Ids or delete them, and assign them authorizations.
Each company has at least one Super Administrator and, if you have cloud installations, one Cloud Super Administrator for each cloud installation.
Have you ever received an error message saying you are missing authorisations to perform some tasks?
Or that you cannot add a tile in the SAP Launchpad?
Then your S-User ID is missing some authorisations and you need to contact the Super Administrator of your company.
Where are the Super Administrators of my company listed?
You will find the names of your company’s Super Administrators in the list My Important Contacts in the SAP One Support Launchpad.
If you click in the arrow next to your S-User on the top right side of the screen, you will see different options in the dropdown menu:
By clicking in “My important contacts” you will see the list of all the S-Users with special roles for each installation.
In the column “Function” you can see who the Super Administrators are.
Other S-Users with special roles such as Technical Contact or Software Recipient will appear in this list too. You can check this KBA for more information about the special roles: 2713448 – Description of Important Roles and Functions – SAP ONE Support Launchpad
If you want to make changes in the list of Important Contacts, please see these KBAs:
