On the first day of your software subscription contract, the named IT Responsible Person at your company will receive an email containing your system information, initial user and initial password. Note for security reasons, the initial password expires in 30 days. You must sign on and change the password within this time frame.
If you are not an SAP customer already, the IT Responsible Person will also receive an email with your SAP User ID. The S-User ID will allow you to access SAP Support, Help documentation and other SAP portals.
* The IT Responsible Person contact is detailed in your software subscription contract. In case you have not received your system information or need to change the IT Responsible Person details, please contact the SAP Customer Interaction Center.
* If you have purchased multiple solutions you will receive multiple emails with the system information and user. Some solutions will use the S-User to authenticate.
