step : 1
First Install the adobe LiveCycle Designer 11.0 for SAP solutions for designing the form. which is normally developing in SAP S/4 hana On-premise.
- First design the form in adobe life cycle designer asper the requirement, also you can upload the form once you download form from the layout in Tcode – SFP (on prem ).
Step : 2
- Download the standard Predelivered form Template from the cloud using the tile Maintain form Template once you download the form as per the requirement (eg. PO, GRN, delivery challan ). You will get the Data source (Odata) with the standard form template. Extract the form in the local folder and open the adobe life cycle then import the data source what we download from the standard.
Step : 3
- file -> new data connection -> xml schema -> browse the standard form what we download -> embed xml schema. and get the data source for the custom form template .
- Using the standard odata(node) the form binding will be done and the tax, amount field and other we can use the Adobe java script coding .
- Save the form and create the new form template by clicking the tile Maintain form template in cloud, fill the form template name, browse the designed form and choose the standard relevant data source for the form.
Step : 4
- Assign the form name what we created in the form template in tile output parameter determination .
Step : 5
- Once we assign the form in tile output parameter determination we can run the form in the me23n. click the message button and preview the form. Do the changes and upload the form and preview the form with the same process.
